Opening
The regular session of the League of Planets Assembly was called to order at Grid Cycle 13:30 on Rotation 3125.07.14 in the Grand Hall of Metropolis, Tomorrowland.

Business from the Previous Session
Budget Committee Report :
The budget for Rotation 3125 has been finalized, and was distributed at this meeting by Saifullah of Venus, who led the committee. An itemized list of line items was distributed to attendee tablets with board members asking questions periodically. The main changes from Rotation 3124's budget was an increased Rocket Belt Safety Awareness Campaign spend. The motion to accept the revised budget was seconded and passed.
New Hive Research :
Yue Gopi of Callisto explained the result of research into the new brand of atmospheric hives for colony-based organisms that some members have been purchasing. She found that to buy them in bulk for the League would be too expensive, and recommended against it. Her motion to dismiss this proposal was seconded and passed.
Marketing Plan for Galactic Gala :
Deferred for next session as Alivia of Vega Station was not in attendance.
Additions to the Agenda
Sergott Peck of The Saturnine Houses made a motion that recent incidents with Venusian ships in Tomorrowland airspace be discussed. Saifullah of Venus seconded the motion and proposed activating live narration to be captured in the meeting minutes. Kosmas of Proxima seconded the proposal. Both motion and proposal passed.

Sec, the Series 2000 Security droid struck the gavel twice in succession. "The discussion regarding events between Saturnine House and Venusian spacecraft may now commence," spoke the droid.
"Let it first be known to my fellow citizens of the League that The Saturnine Houses have been most cooperative in recent investigations into mining accusations in the Ceres moon belt," Sergott Peck opened. "We are most grateful to the patience and openness of the people of Ceres."
"I am not sure what the people of Ceres have to do with a Saturnian vessel colliding with a Venusian freighter over Star Port 75, Representative Peck," replied Saifullah of Venus. A delegate from Ceres shrugged their four shoulders and yawned.
"What matters, Saifullah, is the mistreatment of the Saturnine Houses which led to this incident, despite our best efforts of diplomacy with the Charter Worlds to..."
Saifullah cut off Peck. "The rules of the League are clear, Peck. Non-Members receive lower-priority transit lanes than Charter Worlds. There is no mistreatment here. Only the mistreatment of your ship when the pilot decided to ascend into the bottom of our freighter."
Peck fired back, "Our shuttle was forced to perform emergency maneuvers in an effort to avoid an Astro Orbiter which had illegally moved about the altitude line!"
Kosmas of Proxima jumped in at the mention of the Astro Orbiters. "Astro Orbiters breaking into transit lanes has become a frequent problem since the discovery of that ancient Martian satellite. Representative Peck's assessment that the vessel had no choice seems viable. A Cruiser from Proxima narrowly avoided a similar situation recently."
"The Astro Orbiter situation is being dealt with as we speak," offered Greco. "On behalf of the Premier, we apologize for any inconvenience in our airspace."
"Your apologies do not mend the rupture to our freighter's hull, Counselor Greco," replied Saifullah.
"Speaking of the...ancient satellite, the Martian delegation has made several requests to the office of the Premier on the status of the object. None of which have been returned," offered Theren Solis, lead Martian Delegate.
"The status of the satellite is confidential at this time," responded Greco. "We will respond to your messages as there is information to provide."
"The Astro Orbiters, this mysterious satellite, the disappearance of Navin Litened...I am starting to wonder if Tomorrowland is capable of continuing to hold the seat of the League of Planets," Kosmas said.
"Navin Litened has not disappeared, he recently visited with the Premier himself," Greco retorted as he moved to whisper something to Sec.
"And hasn't been seen since!" someone shouted from the Martian delegation. Sec's optical sensors cycled several times.
"I suggest we return to the topic of the damaged Venusian freighter," Greco warned the room.
Saifullah stood. "If neither the Saturnine Houses nor Tomorrowland refuse to acknowledge fault and supply compensation, I'm afraid the Venusian Delegation will be forced to enact Charter 94 to begin the process of withdrawal from the League."
"If Venus vacates its position as a Charter World the Saturnine Houses would be happy to fill it," Sergott Peck said, smiling.
The room erupted into chaos.
In the rear of the chamber, a light illuminated behind a pair of double doors. The doors swung open to reveal two Tomorrowland Security Agents. The gathered delegates and representatives froze and quickly went mute.
"Sergeant Nemock. Captain Rell. The chamber is clear," announced Sec. The two agents took up positions on either side of the door, hands on their plasma side-arms. A pair of heavy footsteps approaching echoed through the deathly quiet chamber. A delegate from Ceres brought their shoulders to attention.
Tomorrowland Premier, Lucien Voss, entered the Grand Hall of Metropolis.
Voss took four deliberate steps deeper into the center of the chamber.
"It is my understanding there has been a collision between a Saturnian and Venusian spacecraft which has led to a dispute," Voss opened. The chamber remained silent.
Saifullah spoke, "Y...yes, your excellency. Only a minor incident. Nothing of such importance it cannot be settled amicably."
"Not important? Surely it must weigh heavy on your hearts to spend time speaking to it rather than the agenda I laid out for this assembly to accomplish during the rotation," Voss said, ending in a smile.
"As the seat of power in the League of Planets..." Voss paused and glanced at Delegate Kosmas, "Tomorrowland will accept responsibility for the incident."
Not a single soul moved in the room.
Voss continued, "Who is our Dockmaster at Starport 75, Sergeant Nemock?"
"Elias Mercer, sir."
"Please arrange for him to visit my complex, Sergeant."
"Sir?"
"Now."
"Yes, sir," Nemock said leaving his post.
"Greco, please let the Assistant Dockmaster know they have been promoted effective immediately. Have them repair the Venusian vessel." Voss added.
"Of course, your excellency," Greco said with a quick bow.
Voss concluded, "There is nothing this assembly cannot resolve if we simply work together. Any other issues that need resolution before returning to my agenda?"
"N..no, sir," Saifullah said calmly and sitting down.
"Good," Voss smiled again as he turned and exited the chamber.
